Our sandwiches come with leaf lettuce and assorted chesses. Tray includes a variety of fresh turkey, Virginia baked ham, grilled chicken, chicken salad, tuna salad, turkey salad, roast beef, corned beef, pastrami, smoked turkey, Italian cold cuts, roast pork, and more. If you need vegetarian selections please let us know. For $2.00 extra per person you can add our famous shrimp salad. Free Salad: A complimentary potato salad or cole slaw. Thanksgiving Fresh Turkey Platter: Those famous Thanksgiving fresh turkey sandwiches can be delivered to your office. Fresh oven baked turkey sandwiches served on kaiser rolls and french bread. Shrimp Salad Sandwich Platter: Everybody loves our shrimp salad. Now we have made it available for your business luncheons. Served on a variety of breads and rolls. Chicken and Eggplant Foccaccia Batard: Grilled chicken breasts and grilled eggplant on fresh basil focaccia bread. Served with honey mustard, mayo and Dijon mustard on the side. Minimum 10 people.  $8.50 per person. Fajita Wrap Platter: Strips of grilled chicken, green and red peppers and grilled onions marinated in Southwest seasonings. Grilled Chicken Caesar Tortilla Wraps: Fresh grilled chicken breasts, Caesar dressing, romaine lettuce, tomato and parmesan cheese wrapped in a Spinach, Pesto or Sun Dried Tomato Tortilla.   $8.50 per person. Finger Sandwich Platter: A variety of salad and traditional sandwiches on assorted rye, whole wheat, pumpernickel and white mini-rolls. Cold cut sandwiches come with cheese. Vegan and Vegetarian Platters: Please see Vegan and Vegetarian Sandwich Menu. Jewish Style Offerings Jewish Style Platter: Perfect for the Holidays. Kosher corned beef, roast beef and pastrami. Fresh oven baked Turkey, grilled chicken and salads for sandwiches. Chopped chicken liver for sandwiches is also available (10 per minimum, $3.95 pp). Cheese platter served separately. Matzos served on the side. No pork products. Lettuce, tomatoes, pickles on the side. Served with Hellman's mayo and Dijon mustard.   $8.50 per person. Matzah Ball Soup: Also known as Jewish penicillin. Matzah balls are more traditionally known as knaydelach (Yiddish for dumplings). Matzah ball soup is generally a very thin chicken broth with two or three ping-pong-ball sized matzah balls (or sometimes one very large matzah ball) in it. Sometimes, a few large pieces of carrot or celery are added. Matzah balls can be very soft and light or firm and heavy. A friend of mine describes the two types as "floaters and sinkers." Matzah ball soup is commonly served at the Passover seder, but is also eaten all year round.  $2.99 per person. Knishes: A knish (the k and the n are both pronounced) is a sort of potato and flour dumpling stuffed with various things. It is baked until browned and a little crisp on the outside. They are commonly filled with mashed potato and onion, chopped liver, or cheese. They are good for a snack, an appetizer or a side dish. You should be able to find them in any deli. The word "knish" is Ukrainian for "dumpling." Served with mustard on the side.  $2.25 each.
